❗️ Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al- Khwarizmi reports the following about " Regarding the reimbursement of part of the rent paid by students living on lease”:
In paragraph 8 of the provisions of the resolution approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 24, 2021 No. 605 “The procedure for covering part of the monthly rent for students of state higher educational institutions living on the basis of the right to rent from the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan” it is stated that “return of part of the monthly rent payment is made by the applicant after submitting the application to the responsible persons before the 7th day of each month, and applications submitted after the expiration of these deadlines will not be considered.”
Accordingly, in accordance with the above decision, part of the monthly rent payment was given to the 1st year students of our University without requiring a lease agreement, and to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students, based on the lease agreement, who applied by the 7th of September-October. It was paid in full based on the requirements of the regulation.

📌Note: the funds allocated for students' payments for rental contracts are targeted financing by the State budget (that is, it is not possible to spend them for other expenses) and their use for other expenses of the university is prohibited by the Law.
