As part of the opening ceremony of ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN – 2025, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov, together with foreign delegations, company leaders, and honorary guests, visited the ICT EXPO exhibition held at the CAEx (Central Asian Expo Uzbekistan) complex.
The ICT Expo exhibition is an international platform aimed at showcasing national and international developments and achievements in the field of information and communication technologies.
Goals of the event:
⏺️ Deepening the digital economy and strengthening export potential;
⏺️ Attracting international investments, developing the startup ecosystem, and expanding outsourcing services;
⏺️ Developing theoretical and practical solutions in strategic areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and information security.
🏛 At this multifunctional exhibition within the week, the TUIT team is also participating with its own developments.
💻 Within the framework of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) and BRB-TECH LLC. The memorandum is aimed at enhancing human resource capacity, creating opportunities for students to undertake internships/practical training at the company, improving their qualifications, addressing pressing issues in the sector, and involving them in employment.
🗒 The purpose of this memorandum is to expand opportunities for our university students as they step into independent life, to fully demonstrate their talent and potential, to support their employment, to prepare competitive personnel in line with the demands of enterprises and organizations by closely linking theory with practice, and to strengthen students’ interest in their future professional careers.
