In accordance with the regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 578, the deadline for accepting applications for the transfer (reinstatement) of students of higher educational institutions for the spring semester has been changed.
Now the deadline for submitting applications is from January 10 to 20 (inclusive) annually.
Applications for transfer or reinstatement of studies from one higher educational institution of the republic to another for 2 valid reasons are accepted online through the transfer.edu.uz portal of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation or the single interactive portal of public services - my.gov.uz.
Required documents:
-a copy of the academic certificate or transcript;
-documents confirming the reasons for transferring studies.
Important notes:
Applications for "transfer and reinstatement" from one higher education institution to another will not be accepted before the spring semester.
Please carefully review the information being entered and the documents to be uploaded before submitting the application. The reason is that after submitting the application, it is not possible to edit it.
Applications will be reviewed in the prescribed manner by higher educational institutions, relevant ministries and departments from January 21 to February 10, and applicants will be notified of the results.
