The purpose of this conference was to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks defined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 15 March 2017 No. PP-2834 "On measures of further improving the activity of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies". Also informing young scientists, undergraduates and students about contribution of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi to the development of world civilization, the propagation of his rich scientific and spiritual heritage, the formation of a sense of pride for contribution of our great ancestors to the development of science was the main goal of this conference.
During the conference, the socio-philosophical views of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and the importance of his scientific heritage in the development of modern information technologies were discussed.
The conference is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment. At the plenary session, the laureate of the State premium of the first degree, Ph.D., associate professor A. Ahmedov, deputy head of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Education, Ds. Sh.T.Turaev, leading researcher of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, PhD N.A.Mustafaeva, senior researcher of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Rakhmatullaev.
