  • A ceremonial event dedicated to the professional holiday – Communication Workers’ Day (May 7), as well as the Day of Remembrance and Honor (May 9) was held at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.

This event was organized in cooperation with the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, and the Military Institute of Information and Communication Technologies and Communications of the Ministry of Defense.

During the event:
— Deep gratitude was expressed to the participants of the Second World War and labor veterans;
— The merits of military and civilian specialists working in the field of communications and information and communication technologies were noted;
— Students and young people made speeches about loyalty to the Motherland, maintaining peace and contributing to technological progress.

Such events help strengthen historical memory, patriotism and the desire for modern knowledge among young people.
