Within the framework of the international forum on artificial intelligence held on November 28, 2025, with the participation of our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the "5 Million Artificial Intelligence Leaders" project was launched as a new opportunity for young people.
This initiative is one of the largest and most comprehensive programs for the development of human capital in the field of artificial intelligence in the history of our country. The main goal of the project is to implement our country's long-term digital strategy, make Uzbekistan a leader in the IT sector in the region, increase investment in human capital, and take a worthy place in global technological competition.
A major student forum was organized at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi within the framework of this project.
The Forum became one of the important stages in the practical support of the Digital Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan, the development of knowledge and skills of young people in artificial intelligence, the promotion of innovative thinking, and the training of future technology leaders.
The event was attended by the Minister of Digital Technologies, heads of industry enterprises, partner organizations, foreign guests, local and international artificial intelligence specialists, leading professors and teachers, and about 1000 students. Also, about 10 thousand young people and specialists from various regions of the country followed the forum online.
