Additional opportunities for entering higher education have been established for applicants

The relevant report of the meeting of the State Commission on admission to educational organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan was approved.

According to it:

-contests are held for vacant positions in undergraduate education. An opportunity will be created for those applicants who showed a score of 56.7 points and higher, but were not recommended for studentship, including those who did not choose higher education institutions and undergraduate courses in the second stage of registration;

-according to the results of the entrance exams, applicants will be offered the opportunity to study on the basis of a differentiated payment contract; —State orders have been approved for foreign and non-governmental higher education institutions operating in the republic;

- additional grant and tuition-contract places have been allocated for the youth of Karakalpakstan.

Furthermore, the distribution of quotas allocated for the Presidential Grant across educational fields and the results of the competition for master's degree specializations in state higher education institutions were approved.

This resolution will serve to further expand opportunities for applicants to enter higher education and increase the level of youth enrollment in higher education.
