Leading representatives from international companies and organizations, ministries, government institutions, and universities are participating in this prestigious event. The delegation from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, headed by the Rector, is also actively taking part in the forum.
During the panel discussion titled “National Strategies and Global Educational Cooperation: Global Strategies and Cooperation Networks for Training AI Specialists,” the Uzbek delegation participated and shared information about the comprehensive reforms currently underway in the country’s education sector, new opportunities for young people, and the “Five Million AI Leaders” project. This ambitious initiative was presented by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on November 28 at the AI Forum held at the International Congress Center.
At the same time, it was emphasized that this initiative will help strengthen Uzbekistan’s position in the global AI ecosystem, develop digital competencies among the youth, and train a new generation of highly qualified AI specialists.
