As part of the President’s “Urgent 90 Days” initiative, Tashkent University of Information Technologies is actively advancing efforts in schools and technical colleges across the Bektemir district.

A working group from the university organized a discussion on the progress and upcoming activities in schools No. 289 and 358, as well as the Republican College of Television and Radio Technology, aimed at supporting the implementation of this initiative.

In accordance with the plan:
✅ Professional development courses via the Coursera platform will be organized for STEM subject teachers, IT, and foreign language instructors in the district;
✅ A robotics course will be established for all students of the district based at School No. 358;
✅ Short-term IT courses will be introduced across all schools in the district;
✅ An Open Doors Day at the university will be arranged for all school graduates, introducing them to available opportunities in IT education.

Additionally:
✅ The activities of the information and library center of the Republican College of Television and Radio Technology were reviewed, and methodological support was proposed;
✅ Measures were also agreed upon to organize short-term summer internships for the college’s teachers at relevant university departments.

To take the ongoing efforts of the “Urgent 90 Days” project in Bektemir’s schools and colleges to the next level, further agreements were made to provide even greater opportunities for both teachers and students.
