On April 16–17, 2026, a delegation of leading scholars in the humanities from Tashkent University of Information Technologies visited the city of Shymkent at the invitation of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.

On April 16–17, 2026, a delegation of leading scholars in the humanities from Tashkent University of Information Technologies visited the city of Shymkent at the invitation of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University.

During the visit, important agreements were reached aimed at developing scientific and practical cooperation, accelerating educational transformation, and strengthening professional dialogue between professors, teachers, and students.

Delegation members:
Professor O.L. Erdonov, Associate Professors I.K. Gulomov, D.A. Tashkenbayeva, and Sh.A. Abdurakhimova.

Activities carried out:
Special lectures were delivered for students of the “World History and Museum Studies” program at the partner university.
Participation was made in the “Auezov Readings – 24” international scientific and practical conference.
Agreements were reached on joint educational programs with leading universities ranked in the QS Top 1000+ (U. Alikhanov, Makhambet, Atyrau, Altynsarin, Kazakh-American Free University).

This cooperation:
• expands academic mobility;
• improves the quality of education;
• strengthens scientific integration;
• serves the development of exchange programs.

This visit once again confirmed TUIT’s active role in international scientific cooperation.
