ON MAY 30, 2025, THE 10TH (NO. 752) MEETING OF THE ACADEMIC COUNCIL OF THE TASHKENT UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES NAMED AFTER MUHAMMAD AL-KHWARIZMI WAS HELD.

On May 30, 2025, the 10th (No. 752) meeting of the Academic Council of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi was held. During the meeting, the outcomes of the 2025/2026 academic year and a number of other issues were discussed. At the beginning of the meeting, the following faculty members were congratulated on their scientific achievements:

  • The Head of the “Electronics and Circuit Engineering” Department, Prof. Khurshid Abdushukurovich Sattarov, was awarded patent No. IAP 7999 by the Ministry of Justice for the invention titled “Conversion of Three-Phase Current into Three-Phase Voltage.”
  • The textbook “Physics” authored by the faculty members of the Department of Physics — K.P. Abdurakhmanov, V.S. Khamidov, and N.A. Akhmedova — was reprinted in 1,000 copies and released for open sale.

Traditionally, during the council meeting, academic degree diplomas and academic titles awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) were ceremonially presented to faculty members and staff. In particular:

  1. Hasan Abdumutalovich Khamidov — Acting Associate Professor of the “Television and Radio Broadcasting Systems” Department — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences;
  2. Diyorabegim Bakhtiyor qizi Mukhamedova — Acting Associate Professor of the “Television and Radio Broadcasting Systems” Department — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences;
  3. Shakhnoza Anvarovna Rakhimova — Associate Professor of the “Information Educational Technologies” Department — awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
