Meeting of the Scientific Council of the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies held on April 29, 2025

ON APRIL 29, 2025, THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL MEETING No. 8/9 (750/751) OF THE MUHAMMAD AL-KHWARIZMI TASHKENT UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES WAS HELD

On April 29, 2025, the Scientific Council meeting No. 8/9 (750/751) of the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies was held. During the meeting, the university’s preparedness for the 2025/2026 academic year and other pressing issues were discussed.

At the beginning of the meeting, the following faculty members were congratulated on the occasion of their anniversary ages:

• Associate Professor of the Department of Energy Supply Systems, Sapayev Mamatkarim Soliyevich — 75 years old;
• Professor of the Department of Digital Technologies Convergence, Yakubov Maqsadxon Sultanniyazovich — 70 years old;
• Associate Professor of the Department of System and Applied Programming, Akbarova Marguba Khamidovna — 60 years old;
• Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Technologies Convergence, Nazarova Gulchehra Nurmuxanbetovna — 60 years old.

According to tradition, during the council meeting, scientific degree diplomas, academic titles, and Certificates of Honor from the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation were solemnly presented to professors, teachers, and staff. In particular:

1. Sultanova Hilola Jamolutdinovna — Advisor to the Rector on Women’s Issues, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages — awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
2. Sharipova Aziza Abdumannopovna — Head of the Department of Foreign Languages — Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc);
3. Atashikova Nilufar Anarmatovna — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences;
4. Mavlonova Mavluda Davurovna — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences;
5. Ismanov Kobuljon Abdurakhmonovich — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Telecommunication Engineering — successfully defended his PhD at Pukyong National University (South Korea);
6. Begmatova Ziyoda Zakhidjon qizi — Assistant of the Department of Digital Technologies Convergence — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics;
7. Suyunov Asror Bakhtiyorovich — Head of the хозяйственный department — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics;
8. Atoyev Suhrob Gafurovich — Assistant of the ATDT Department — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences;
9. Matkurbonov Dilshod Matkurbon ogli — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Data Transmission Networks and Systems — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences;
10. Rakhmatullayev Adxamxon Habibullo ogli — Assistant of the AKTsI Department — Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics;
11. Kerimov Komil Fikratovich — Head of the Department of System and Applied Programming — awarded the academic title of “Professor”;
12. Saitkamolov Mukhammadkhoja Sobirkhoja ogli — Dean of the AKTsI and M Faculty — awarded the academic title of “Associate Professor”;
13. Elov Jamshid Bekmurodovich — Head of the Distance Learning Center — awarded the academic title of “Associate Professor”;
14. Saydaliyeva Gavharkhon Avazovna — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages — awarded the academic title of “Associate Professor”;
15. Safarova Fotima Isamiddinovna — Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages — awarded the academic title of “Associate Professor”;
16. Safarov Jurabek Shakarovich — Acting Professor of the Department of Higher Mathematics — awarded the academic title of “Associate Professor”.
