Biography

• Born on September 27, 1981, in Samarkand region.
• Higher education. In 2001, graduated with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from the Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communication (now Tashkent University of Information Technologies).
• In 2003, received a master’s degree in digital technology and control systems from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
• Awarded the "Shuxrat" (Glory) Medal in 2017.
• In 2018, by the decision of the Scientific Council under the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences.
• 2001–2003: Engineer at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2003–2005: Leading specialist of the Marketing Sector for Data Transmission Networks at the Information Security Department of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information.
• 2005–2011: Head of the Certification Sector for Information Security Tools at the Information Security Department of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information.
• In 2011: Head of the Design and Expertise Sector for Information Security Tools at the Information Security Department of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information.
• 2011–2012: Leading specialist of the Subdivision for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Ensuring Information Security under the Information-Analytical Department for Information Systems and Telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2012–2014: Chief specialist for Information Security at the Information-Analytical Department for Information Systems and Telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2014–2015: Deputy Director of the State Institution “Center for Ensuring Information Security” under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Communication, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies.
• 2015–2017: First Deputy Director of the State Institution “Center for Ensuring Information Security” under the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2017–2018: First Deputy Director of the Center for Assistance in Ensuring Information Security and Public Order under the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2018–2019: First Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Technical Assistance Center" under the State Inspectorate for Supervision in the Field of Informatization and Telecommunications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• 2019–2020: Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Cybersecurity Center".
• 2020–2022: Served as Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• On March 24, 2022, was appointed Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Cybersecurity Center".
