Born in the city of Samarkand in 1981. Nationality: Uzbek. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics.
In 2004 he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a Bachelor’s degree.
In 2006 he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with a Master’s degree.
In 2025 he graduated from the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
