A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and the “Kelajakka qadam” Center of the “O‘zmilliybank” AJ.
The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-61 dated February 14, 2025 "On additional measures to promote employment of graduates of higher education institutions" created broad opportunities to ensure youth employment, strengthen the integration of graduates of higher education institutions into the labor market, and improve the training process with the participation of the private sector and commercial banks.
Based on this Resolution, it is determined that the National Bank of Uzbekistan will establish "Step into the Future" centers in the regions.
On February 27 of this year, a cooperation agreement was signed to establish one of these centers at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
The "Step to the Future" program, aimed at supporting young students, will be implemented in the following areas specified in the Resolution, in cooperation with the "Uzmilliybank" at this Center, which will be established at the university.
Full support for graduate students of the University who want to implement their business ideas, including financing on favorable terms, in the process of taking a business idea to a finished project;
Conducting open competitions among graduate and undergraduate students of the university in various fields and assisting in providing employment to the winners.
In this regard:
✍️ A practice will be established to identify the needs of competent employing organizations, including large enterprises, for specialists with higher education and to formulate requirements for specialists;
✍️ The winners of the competition will be funded for initial professional training based on individual vocational training programs at the request of potential employers;
✍️Individual vocational education programs provide opportunities for internships at production facilities and short-term training courses at universities abroad.
