Saidoripov Lazizbek Furkatjanovich was born on June 29, 1986, in the city of Chimkent. He is a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and of Uzbek nationality. He holds a higher education degree, Master's level. In 2011, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Information Technologies from Tashkent University of Information Technologies. In 2023, he completed his Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics at the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI" of the Russian Federation, based on the Joint Educational Programs with Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov.
He began his career in 2005 in Tashkent at the Scientific Research Institute of Chemical Technology of Uzbekistan as an ATS operator-telephone operator.

2007–2011 – Student at Tashkent University of Information Technologies;
2011–2015 – Specialist, 2nd class specialist, and 1st class specialist in the department of state metrological control of measuring instruments for radiotechnical quantities and ionizing radiation at the State Enterprise "Center for Metrology Services" under the "Uzstandart" Agency;
2015–2017 – Head of the department of state metrological testing of measuring instruments for radiotechnical quantities and ionizing radiation at the State Enterprise "Center for Metrology Services" under the "Uzstandart" Agency;
2017 – Head of the non-destructive testing and measurement laboratory for radiotechnical quantities and ionizing radiation at the State Enterprise "Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology" under the "Uzstandart" Agency;
2017–2019 – Acting Deputy Director of the State Enterprise "Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology" under the "Uzstandart" Agency;
2019 – Acting Director of the State Enterprise "Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology" under the "Uzstandart" Agency;
Since October 8, 2019, he has been serving as the Acting Director of the State Institution "Uzbekistan National Institute of Metrology" under the Uzbekistan Agency for Technical Regulation. Additionally, since October 10, 2023, he has been working as Vice President of the organization COOMET – the cooperation of national metrology institutions of the Euro-Asian region.
