By Decision No. 8 of the Yunusabad District Election Commission of Tashkent, dated October 30, 2024, Dr. Bakhtiyor Makhkamov, Rector of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, Doctor of Economics, and Professor, has been elected as a Deputy to the Yunusabad District Council of People's Deputies.
