The University is trying to create conditions to prevent mental stress among teachers and students.
A special program has been prepared for participants, including diagnostics, identification and correction of various features in the form of an interesting game. During the training, participants were provided with information on how to understand and control their emotions, and how to direct negative emotions into effective activities.
