The Uzbekistan men’s national chess team has become the champion of the 46th World Chess Olympiad!
At the 46th World Chess Olympiad, held in Samarkand, our national team secured the championship title ahead of schedule and won the Olympic gold medal for the second time in four years!
At the competition, Javokhir Sindarov, Nodirbek Abdusattorov, Nodirbek Yakubboev, Shamsiddin Vokhidov, and Mukhiddin Madaminov competed against the strongest national teams in the world. The team captain is Rustam Kasimdzhanov.
Our representatives have achieved outstanding results by reaching the podium at all three consecutive Olympiads:
