Today, a forum of rectors was held at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation on the topic "Application and Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Education."
✅More than 200 heads of higher education institutions across the republic, field specialists, and local and international experts participated in this prestigious event.
The forum was opened with welcoming remarks by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Hilola Umarova, and the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Kongratbay Sharipov.

🏛 The forum was attended by Professor B. Makhkamov, Rector of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT), who delivered an important initiative.
🧠 In his presentation, the Rector emphasized the need to unite the scientific, educational, and research potential of all higher education institutions in the field of artificial intelligence. In particular, he proposed establishing a single AI consortium among universities, strengthening cooperation through the sharing of laboratories, research schools, open data repositories, and best practices.
🚀 According to Professor B. Makhkamov, such an approach would create a solid foundation for forming a competitive artificial intelligence ecosystem that contributes not only to the development of the higher education system but also to the growth of the national economy.
