Rectors (directors) of all higher educational institutions in Tashkent competed in mini-football, table tennis, and chess at the sports grounds of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
At the event, the rector of our university, B. Makhamov, took part in the mini-football competition with a team of rectors and won an honorable 1st place and the "Minister's Cup".
This event was of great symbolic importance as a step towards implementing the tasks set by the head of our state and was recognized as a strategic initiative aimed at forming and strengthening the system of sports competitions in higher educational institutions.
