In accordance with Government Resolution No. 149 (dated 10.03.2025), the Regulations on the Allocation and Redistribution of Grants for Students in Higher Education Institutions have been approved.
According to the regulation:
• Students applying for an educational grant must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher in the current academic year. Students with a GPA below this threshold are not eligible for the differentiated redistribution of grants, and their grant positions will remain vacant.
• An online registration system will be available on the official website of the higher education institution, allowing applicants to register and upload supporting documents for their achievements.
• The academic performance of grant applicants will be evaluated on an 80-point scale, calculated by multiplying their GPA by 16.
• Social activity will be assessed on a 20-point scale, determined by dividing the evaluation result by 5.
• If multiple applicants achieve the same score within the competition threshold, preference will be given to those with higher academic performance. In case of a tie, applicants will be required to take subject-specific tests based on their completed semesters.
• The final list of grant recipients, approved by the Council of the Higher Education Institution, will be published on the institution's official website by August 25 each year.
