A delegation from Silesian University of Technology (Poland), led by its Rector, Professor Marek Pawełczyk, visited Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
During the visit, the guests were introduced to TUIT’s research potential, modern infrastructure and opportunities in education and innovation, including the activities of its research laboratories, Media Centre, Living Lab and Fab Lab.
🤝 As part of the visit, the two higher education institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at establishing and developing academic and scientific cooperation.
💡 At the end of the meeting, both parties expressed their readiness to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the agreed areas, coordinate specific initiatives and strengthen promising academic ties.
This visit is of great importance in expanding TUIT’s network of partnerships with Polish higher education institutions, strengthening international academic integration and creating new opportunities in research and education.
