On January 22, the prestigious UK-based organization “Times Higher Education-THE” released the “World University Rankings 2025 by Subject,” listing the world's most prestigious universities by academic disciplines.
For the first time, three higher education institutions in Uzbekistan have made it into THE’s subject rankings:
➡️ TIIAME National Research University: Ranked 301–400 in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Statistics, and 501–600 in Engineering.
➡️ Uzbekistan National University: Ranked 601–800 in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Statistics.
➡️ Tashkent University of Information Technologies: Ranked 601+ in Education and 1001+ in Computer Science and Programming Technologies.
These achievements highlight the growing recognition of higher education system of Uzbekistan and its focus on Engineering, Natural Sciences, and precise sciences at both national and international levels in recent years.
