The First Uzbek-Italian Educational Forum aimed at further strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Italy in the field of higher education has started its work.

Rectors and representatives of about 25 universities in Italy and more than 40 leading universities in the world are taking part in the forum, which is being held at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent under the leadership of Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Kongratbay Sharipov and Italian Minister of Universities and Research Anna Maria Bernini.
