On April 5-6, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi organized an international scientific, practical and spiritual-educational conference "The importance of information and communication technologies in innovative development of real sectors of the economy", dedicated to the 1235- anniversary of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
20 professors from 10 different countries participated in the conference. During the conference, issues related to the role of information and communication technologies in the development of industries, prospects for innovative development of real sectors of the economy were discussed, a number of proposals were put forward. In addition, the prospects for the development of telecommunications systems, digital television, radio, wireless technology and radio engineering were also considered in this conference.
