In today's labour market, there is a strong demand for specialists who not only possess theoretical knowledge but also have practical skills, can think independently, and are able to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
So, to what extent do today's university and technical college graduates meet these expectations?
Starting from 27 July, the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education will conduct the National Employer Survey.
The survey aims to gather employers' opinions on:
- graduates' professional training;
-their practical skills and competencies;
-how well they meet the demands of the labour market.
