Today, January 13, Thomas Hengst, the Strategic Business Manager for Europe of the United States non-governmental non-profit organization "FamilySearch," visited Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
During the visit, the guest closely familiarized himself with the facilities created at the university and the activities of scientific and educational laboratories. Specifically, during the visit to the "Electronic Archives" laboratory, established in cooperation with the Uzarchive Agency, discussions were held on creating an information system aimed at forming family genealogy in Uzbekistan in collaboration with the FamilySearch platform.
