


Scientific Council Meeting Held at TUIT
On 15 April 2026, the Scientific Council Meeting No. 7/8 (760/761) was held at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi.
During the meeting, several important issues related to the university’s activities were reviewed, and corresponding decisions were adopted.
During the session, academic degree diplomas issued by the Higher Attestation Commission of Uzbekistan were ceremonially presented to the following recipients:
• Khudoyqulov Zarif Turaqulovich — Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc);
• Nasrullayev Nurbek Bakhtiyorovich — Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc).
• Kamolov Nodirjon Mamurjon ugli— PhD in Technical Sciences;
• Abdiyev Nosir Rakhimovich — PhD in Economic Sciences;
• Jumamuratov Bekhzod Akramjonovich — PhD in Technical Sciences;
• Votinov Kiril Alekseyevich — PhD in Technical Sciences;
• Geldibayev Begench Yegendurdiyevich — PhD in Technical Sciences;
• Berdiboyev Oltinboy Abdiboqi ugli— PhD in Economic Sciences;

In addition, a Counting Commission was formed regarding candidates who had submitted documents for the academic titles of Professor and Associate Professor, and voting procedures were conducted.
The meeting agenda also included reports on the organization of festive events, preparations for 9 May — Day of Remembrance and Honor, as well as discussions on faculties’ educational, scientific, and educational activities and work in the field of international cooperation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Chair of the Council congratulated all colleagues who had attained academic degrees and wished them continued success in their future professional activities.
