Activities of the Network center for retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogic Personnel under TUIT.
Network center for retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogic Personnel at Tashkent University of Information Technologies ” was established by the decision No. 278. Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 12, 2015 No. PF-4732 "On measures to further improve the system of retraining and professional development of managers and pedagogues of higher education institutions", Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Based on the Decision No. 242 dated August 20, 2015 "On measures to organize retraining and professional development of management and pedagogic personnel of higher educational institutions", to fundamentally improve the quality of training of highly qualified specialists, to improve regular retraining in accordance with modern requirements the operation was improved in order to introduce the system.
The purpose of the network center is to improve the quality of the processes of retraining and professional development of pedagogic personnel of higher educational institutions, to harmonize their knowledge and professional skills with the rapid development of economic sectors in specific areas (specializations), to bring innovations in the network to the educational process. implementation consists of helping professors and teachers master new techniques and technologies in relevant fields.
The Center performs the following activities in the process of continuous professional development of teaching personnel of the Higher Education Institution:
- organizes retraining and professional development courses that are continuously operating in the relevant areas of retraining and professional development;
- forms the educational, methodological and material-technical base necessary for training at a high organizational and professional level within the framework of the courses;
- develops relevant educational and methodological resources of retraining and advanced training courses organized for higher education pedagogic staff based on distance learning methods;
- leading pedagogic staff of higher educational institutions, as well as highly qualified pedagogic staff of other higher educational institutions of the country and foreign experts, educational and methodological staff and practicing specialists for training in retraining and advanced training courses provides broad engagement;
- forms the necessary information-database on the directions of retraining, organizes the development and introduction of modern innovative pedagogical, multimedia and information and communication technologies into the retraining process;
- during the period of retraining and professional development, takes measures to provide accommodation in the dormitories of higher education institutions to students of courses from other places;
- while ensuring the objectivity of the information, the Main Scientific and Methodological Center organizes systematic work on the formation of relevant information resources of the unified electronic system.
