Mashanpin Timur Vasikovich

Mashanpin Timur Vasikovich was born in 1985 in Tashkent city.
He holds a higher education degree.

• In 2007, he graduated from the Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Communications, and in 2011 – from the Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after M.A. Bonch-Bruevich.
• Timur Mashanpin began his professional career in 2007 as an engineer at the State Cadastre Service for Communication Facilities at the Center for Scientific, Technical, and Marketing Research.
• In 2008–2009, he worked as a first-category engineer and leading engineer at the Center for Scientific, Technical, and Marketing Research.
• In 2009–2010, he served as a leading engineer in the Electromagnetic Compatibility and Safety Laboratory of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Analysis Service at the State Unitary Enterprise “Unicon.uz.”
• From 2010 to 2017, he worked at “Uzbektelecom” JSC as a leading specialist, first-category engineer of support staff, chief specialist, acting deputy director, and deputy head of department.
• From 2017 to 2021, he held positions at the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including Head of the Mobile Communications Department of the Tashkent City Territorial Administration, Head of the Prospective Development Department of Telecommunications Networks at the Main Department for the Development of Telecommunications Infrastructure, Head of the Investment and Financial Control Department, and Acting Head of the Department for the Development of Geo-Information Technologies.
• From 2021 to 2022, he served as Head of the Department for the Development of Geo-Information Technologies at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• From 2022 to 2024, he was the First Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “UNICON.UZ.”
• Since July 2024, he has been serving as the Deputy Director of the Technical Regulation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Mashanpin Timur Vasikovich is married and has four children.
