According to the project plan of the INMACOM-innovative master's program in the field of photonics and optical communications to meet the needs of the telecommunications labor market (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2(101083224) on April 22, 2024, a meeting was organized for teachers of Uzbekistan within the framework of the Erasmus+ program on the topic “INMACOM CONSORTIUM MEETING AND WORKSHOP AT Urganch Branch of TUIT”
On the first day of the meetings, lectures were given by professors at the University of Ghent in Italy Nicolas Le Thomas and Bert Corin, professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin Roberto Proietti, and professor at the Belgian University "Vrije Universiteit Brussel" Heidi Ottevaere Lang.
In accordance with the event program, it is planned to hear a report from representatives of each university on the work done within the project and discuss the work that will be carried out in subsequent years.

Telekommunikatsiya sohasida yangi zamonaviy magistratura mutaxassisligi

Keyingi yillarda boshqa muxandislik sohalarida bo‘lgani kabi axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari sohasida ham yangi innovatsion yo‘nalishlar yaratilmoqda. Shulardan biri fotonika va uning aloqa sohasida qo‘llanishi hisoblanadi. Hozirda hammamiz keng foydalanilayotgan optik aloqa tizimida fotonika qo‘llaniladi. Mamlakatimizda shu kungacha fotonika sohasida mutaxassislar tayyorlash yo‘lga qo‘yilmagan edi. Ushbu sohada muxandis kadrlarga bo‘lgan talabni inobatga olib, Muhammad al-Xorazmiy nomidagi Toshkent axborot texnologiyalari universiteti (TATU)da Markaziy Osiyoda birinchi bor Fotonika va optik aloqa mutaxassisligidan magistratura tashkil qilindi. Bu voqeaning yana bir muhim jihati ushbu magistratura mutaxassisligi Yevropa ittifoqi ERASMUS+ dasturining “Innovative Master’s program in photonics and optical communications to meet the needs of the telecommunications labour market in Uzbekistan” - “O‘zbekiston telekommunikatsiya mehnat bozori ehtiyojlarini qondirish uchun fotonika va optik aloqa bo‘yicha innovatsion magistratura dasturi” – INMACOM loyihasi doirasida, Yevropalik hamkorlar bilan hamkorlikda tashkil qilinganligidir.

Yevropa ittifoqining Erasmus+ dasturu loyihalari rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar oliy ta’lim muassasalari saloxiyotini rivojlantirish, oliy ta’limni xalqoralashtirish, ta’lim-fan-ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasini yuksaltirish va shunga o‘xshagan dolzarb masalalarga yonaltirilgan. INMACOM loyihasida Yevropaning yetakchi uchta universitetlari - Gent Universiteti (Belgiya), Brussel Vrije Universiteti (Belgiya), Turin politexnika universiteti (Italiya) hamda Respublikamizdan TATU (loyiha koordinatori), O‘zbekiston milliy universiteti, Samarqand davlat universiteti, TATU Urganch filialiallari ishtirok etishmoqda. Shuningdek loyihaga tashkilot va korxonalardan O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy ta’lim, fan va innovatsiyalar vazirligi, O‘zbektelekom AK hamda MirSOLAR MChJlar taklif qilingan. INMACOM loyihasi 2023-2026-yillarga mo‘ljallangan bo‘lib, asosiy maqsadi O‘zbekistonda telekommunikatsiya mehnat bozori ehtiyojlarini qondirish uchun mamlakatimizda faoliyat yuritayotgan oliy ta’lim muassasalarida fotonika va optik tolali aloqa bo‘yicha innovatsion magistratura mutaxassisligini tashkil qilish, oliy o‘quv yurtlari professor-o‘qituvchilari salohiyatini oshirish va oliy o‘quv yurtlarining ishlab chiqarish bilan hamkorligini yaxshilashga qaratilgan.

Loyiha 2023 yilning 1- fevralidan boshlangan bo‘lib, ikkita seminar va ikkita uchrashuvlar tashkil qilindi. Jumladan, 9-10 mart kunlari Samarqand Davlat Universitetida loyiha ishtirokchilarining dastlabki uchrashuvi tashkil etildi. Dastlabki uchrashuvda loyiha koordinatori professor A.Yu.Yusupov uchrashuv qatnashchilarini loyihaning maqsad va vazifalari, ish rejasi, kutilayotgan natijalar va kelajakdagi istiqbollari bilan tanishtirdi. 11 mart kuni professor- o‘qituvchilar uchun o‘quv dasturlarini ishlab chiqish masalalariga bog‘ishlangan o‘quv seminari tashkil qilindi.

Loyihaning ikkinchi uchrashuvi va o‘quv seminari 2023 yilning 22-26-may kunlari Belgiyaning Gent universiteti hamda Brussel Vrije universitetlarida tashkil qilindi. Uchrashuvda INMACOM loyihasini bajarish jarayoni muhokama qilindi. Bolib o‘tgan to‘rt kunlik seminarda O‘zbekistonlik professor-o‘qituvchilar fotonika va optik aloqa bo‘yicha Oliy ta’lim sohasidagi Yevropa tajribasini o‘rganishdi. Shuningdek, Yevropalik hamkorlar bilan zamonaviy sohalar-fotonika va optik aloqa boyicha magistrlar va falsafa doktorlarini hamkorlkda tayyorlashga kelishib olindi.

INMACOM loyihasi doirasida ushbu o‘quv yilidan, TATU dan tashqari, O‘zbekiston milliy universitetida va Samarqand davlat universitetida Fotonika mutaxassisligi boyicha magistratura tashkil qilinayotgan bo‘lsa, keyingi o‘quv yilidan TATU Urganch filialida Fotonika va optik aloqa mutaxassisligidan magistrtura tashkil qilish rejalashtirilmoqda. O‘ylaymizki, ushbu zamonaviy sohalarda tayyorlanadigan muhandis va ilmiy pedagogik kadrlar Respublikamiz AKT sohasi va oliy ta’limni rivojiga o‘zlarining munosib hissalarini qo‘shadilar.
