Information about the management activities:
The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 23, 2020 No. UP-637 “On Education”, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 28, 2022 No. UP-60 “On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026”, decree dated February 7, 2017 No. UP-4947 "On the strategy of action for the further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan", resolution dated June 2, 2005 No. PF-91 “On improving the system of training personnel in the field of information technology”, resolution dated March 26, 2013 No. UP-1942 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan", “On measures to further improve the system of vocational education” dated March 15, 2017, “On measures to further improve the activities of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies” dated March 28, 2017, “On additional measures to further improve the system of vocational education” dated September 9, 2016 - Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5812 dated July 24, 2018 “On measures to radically improve the system of personnel training at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi and others”.
Management tasks:
- improving the educational process in academic lyceums and technical schools of information technologies of the regional branches of the university on the basis of advanced scientific achievements, providing the regional structures of the university with state educational standards, updated qualification requirements and basic educational and regulatory documents;
- coordination of the organization of the educational process in the regional branches of the university, academic lyceums and technical schools of information technologies;
- coordination of educational, educational and methodological work of regional branches of the university, academic lyceums and technical schools;
- continuous improvement of the normative and methodological documentation for the management of the educational process in regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools;
- to make recommendations to the management and the Council of the University on the improvement and development of the educational process in regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools of the University in accordance with the requirements of the time;
- generalization of the advanced achievements of the university, as well as faculties, departments and structures of branches, as well as academic lyceums and technical schools in educational work and their introduction into the educational process of all branches;
- introduction into practice of a new Regulation on the rating system for monitoring and evaluating students' knowledge in academic lyceums and technical schools in regional branches;
- coordination of the formation and implementation of a plan for advanced training of the teaching staff in regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools;
- analysis of the attendance of the teaching staff and students of regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools, monitoring the observance of academic discipline;
- coordination of maintaining the main working documentation at the departments and dean's offices of academic lyceums and technical schools of regional branches;
- studying the activities of regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools;
-make proposals to the "educational and methodological management" of the university on the improvement of educational and regulatory documents;
- implementation of interfaculty and interprofessional cooperation of regional branches, academic lyceums and technical schools with the university.
