From September 9-14 of this year, “Orientation week” was organized for students admitted to the 1st year of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. As part of this week, a meeting was organized on September 13 in the large activity hall for first-year students admitted to the Faculty of Cybersecurity, specifically for the educational areas “Cybersecurity Engineering” and “Information Security”. The purpose was to provide initial information and explanations about the field.
✅ During the meeting, Safarov Samandar, a leading specialist from the State Unitary Enterprise “Cybersecurity Center,” along with faculty members, shared insights on new trends and technologies in the field, as well as practical experiences in cybersecurity. They discussed ways to further enhance the educational process. Additionally, talented senior students from the Cybersecurity Faculty and international students spoke, sharing their positive impressions about the university.
At the end of the meeting, the faculty dean wished all students success in their studies and emphasized that the university and faculty have created all the necessary conditions for them to develop into highly qualified professionals in the future.
