This promotional event, aimed at highlighting over three millennia of development of our statehood, the scientific, cultural, and spiritual heritage of our ancestors who made invaluable contributions to world civilization, as well as the results of reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, is held at Kookmin University in South Korea under the title “New Uzbekistan: from the Silk Road to the Digital World.”
⏺️ The event was opened in a national spirit under the chairmanship of Rector of TUIT B. Makhkamov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to South Korea Alisher Abdusalomov and President of Kookmin University, Sungkok Kim. Attendees include representatives from over 30 leading South Korean universities, heads of partner companies and organizations, and delegates from UNESCO's National Office in Korea. The exhibition features informative stands, presentations, and video materials showcasing modern potential of Uzbekistan in various aspects. A friendly atmosphere prevails among the participants, with great interest expressed in Uzbek traditions, the history and nature of Uzbekistan, its national cuisine, and cultural heritage.
