  • The students of TUIT became prize winners in the CTF (Capture the Flag) competition held during the "Cyber Security Summit CSS 2024."

On October 9-10, 2024, the "Cyber Security Center" organized the "Cyber Security Summit CSS 2024" in Tashkent, which included CTF (Capture the Flag) competitions. In the competitions, teams of up to 5 participants each competed in the "Blue team" and "Red team" categories. Students from Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) achieved the following results:

🔴 In the "Red team" category:
- 🥇 1st place: "Chill Chain" team, led by captain Otabek Sobirov.
- 🥈 2nd place: "N1nject10n" team, including Kuvonchbek Umirzokov.
- 🥉 3rd place: "Cybernetic" team, including Bobirjon Mashrabjonov and Abdumutal Abdumutalov.
- 🏅 4th place: "K17K47" team, including Nurgali Gilmanov.

🔵 In the "Blue team" category:
- 🥈 2nd place: "Shadowguard" team, including Nurbek Ergashbekov.

🤔 Additionally, various projects and software tools created by university professors and students were showcased during the summit.
