Currently, a group of teachers at the Tashkent University of Information Technology named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi is implementing a project on the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture "Creating new and innovative courses for agriculture (NICOPA)."
The implementation of this project is scheduled for the period 2018-2021. Currently, intensive work is underway to implement the project. The NICOPA project aims to modernize curricula using advanced technologies in agriculture.
These training courses include the study of geographic information systems, work with large volumes of data, remote sensing technology. In addition, the development of new and innovative educational programs will increase the level of knowledge and skills of students studying in higher educational institutions, and it is important for society and the current labor market.
Инициаторы проекта осуществляют совместную работу с рядом ведущих зарубежных университетов. В частности, в рамках проекта 19-30 августа этого года в Берлинском техническом университете был организован тренинг с участием всех партнеров и участников проекта.
