
At Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi a spiritual and educational event titled “Tribute to Navoi: An Evening of Poetry, Knowledge, and Wisdom” was held in honor of the 584th anniversary of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi.
📝 During the event, students recited Navoi’s ghazals, performed theatrical sketches, and presented insights into his life and literary contributions. Among the performances, the monologue of Guli left a particularly strong impression on the audience.
The legendary Uzbek poet, philosopher, and statesman Alisher Navoi was born on February 9, 1441, in Herat. This year, his 584th birth anniversary is widely celebrated.
