The main goal of the DEBSEUz project implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ project program is to study the experience of European countries in renewable energy sources, especially solar energy sources, to get to know the educational programs and to use the existing effective experiences in relevant higher education institutions of Uzbekistan. In order to achieve such results, the next professional development courses and the meeting of project leaders on effective project management within the project began at the University of Evora, Portugal, on November 18 of this year.

This event is attended by representatives of the leading European countries, in particular the Politecnico Di Torino of Italy and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid of Spain. This event was attended by representatives of a number of universities of Uzbekistan, including Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Andijan State University, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers Institute, and Karakalpakstan State University, as well as a representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to achieve the specified results.

According to the program, meetings and training courses will be held for 5 days and will end on November 22. During this time, a number of lectures on solar energy sources and visits to engineering enterprises are planned by qualified professors and teachers of the University of Evora and experienced industry experts.

The agenda of the meeting of the project leaders (Consortium Meeting) includes the monitoring of the performance of the tasks set within the project, the discussion of the problems that have arisen in the implementation of the tasks, and the presentations of the project participants on each work package.
