The departmental archive of the University operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Archival work" dated June 15, 2010 and Resolution No. 101 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 5, 2012 "On the improvement of archival affairs". Work in the Republic of Uzbekistan", dated December 24, 2021 "On additional measures to ensure the academic, organizational, and managerial independence of State higher education institutions" No. Presidential Resolution No.60 and dated December 24, 2021 "To State higher education institutions on measures to ensure financial independence" Presidential Resolution No. 61 and other relevant regulatory documents, provides full coverage of all archival documents available at the Tashkent University of Information Technology, and preserves the integrity of the university's archival fund, and for other purposes, it defines a single procedure for processing, accounting, examination, registration and the usage.
