On March 12, 2019, in Khorezm region, joint efforts of the Khorezm Regional Administration of Research Center “Oila” and Urgench branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi opened weekly training courses aimed at improving computer literacy among low-income families through teaching basic psychological knowledge and skills using information technology.
