Uzbekistan recorded high results in the international programming competition.
📌 On December 6-7 this year, the NEERC final (ICPC semi-final) of the international programming competition was held. The competition was held in three regions: Saint Petersburg, Russia, Kutaisi, Georgia, and Almaty, Kazakhstan.
🌍To participate in the competition, a total of 20 teams from Uzbekistan's higher education institutions went to Almaty, Kazakhstan. Only two leading teams from Uzbekistan were awarded with diplomas.
They are:
1. Awesome Team (Toshpulatov, Ashirmatov, Ashrapov) of the Tashkent branch of the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov was awarded with a 2nd degree diploma for working on a total of 5 problems.
2. Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi: Algo Experts (Karshiyev, Qayumjanov, Jalolov) team was awarded with a 3rd level diploma for working on a total of 4 problems.
We remind you that until now it was very difficult to get a diploma by participating in such prestigious contests among HEIs in Uzbekistan. We can proudly say that it was the students of our university who demonstrated their knowledge potential in the competition and recorded high results.
🏆We congratulate our students. Keep up the good work!!!
