On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and January 14 - the Day of Defenders of the Motherland, a spiritual and educational event was held at TUIT under the motto "The Army of New Uzbekistan is the support of the country, the pride of our people!"

The event was opened by Rector of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, B. Makhkamov. Afterward, the poet Babur Babamurad, a member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, recited his patriotic poem. Military performances of the orchestra and cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Military Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan were also presented.
🏅During the event, a ceremony was held to award honorary employees of the university for their fruitful work in further strengthening the unity of the people and the army, educating students in the spirit of patriotism.
