A delegation of rectors of about 15 prestigious higher education institutions specializing in engineering and technical fields, led by the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Dmitry Afanasyev, and more than 35 heads of higher education institutions from Uzbekistan, the Ministry and Heads of departments are participating.
The event was opened by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kungirotboy Sharipov and the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Afanasyev.
Rector of TUIT Professor Makhkamov Bakhtiyor Shukhratovich is conducting the plenary session on the topic "Experience of establishing advanced engineering schools" as a moderator.
