Statement of the Tashkent university of information technologies named after Mukhammad al-Khwarizmi about video films distributed in social networks

The authority of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi has repeatedly received complaints from students about expensive prices for various office supplies sold by A.T. Abduvakhidov. Based on these appeals, an audit of entrepreneur’s activities was carried out, as a result of which it was revealed that the complaints of the students were substantiated.

The contract signed with A.T. Abduvakhidov on February 12, 2018, expired in December 2018. However, A.T. Abduvakhidov, from January 2019, was engaged in the sale of stationery in corridors and passages of university building without a new contract, and it does not comply with tax laws. In addition, it negatively affects the prevention of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety.

The authority of TUIT expresses its readiness to cooperate with each entrepreneur engaged in commercial activities to provide students with necessary products at affordable prices in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
