As you may know, for the first time Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi (TUIT) has been ranked in the TOP-1501+ of the international World University Rankings (WUR), among the TOP-5 universities in Central Asia and the Caucasus, and within the TOP-3 among higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.
Over 30 professors from Uzbekistan, including our esteemed university, gained valuable knowledge in biomedical engineering - a crucial step toward enhancing education and curriculum development in their home institutions. This collaboration marks another milestone in our efforts to bring world-class expertise to Uzbekistan. Congratulations to all participants!
On October 10-11, Sherzod Gulomov, Dean of the Faculty of Cybersecurity at TUIT, participated with a presentation at the "Telecommunications and Security" international conference held at Caucasus University in Georgia. The prestigious event gathered scholars and renowned experts from over 30 leading universities and companies around the world, who shared their experiences in the field of cybersecurity.
This new initiative aims to enhance women's physical activity, promote a healthy lifestyle, and create a comfortable and safe environment for them. The fitness halls will be equipped with modern workout machines, allowing everyone to follow a personalized fitness program independently. Both students and staff will have access to these facilities, with numerous opportunities to support regular physical activity in a well-equipped setting.
The event was graced by notable guests, including M. Musakova, the founder of the first private film school "Focus" in Uzbekistan, as well as graduates of the school, young directors, winners of international festivals I. Savon, E. Shodmonkulov and A. Batashev.
The main objectives of this event were twofold: firstly, to establish collaboration with industry enterprises to fulfill the aforementioned tasks, and secondly, to provide students with practical experience by exposing them to production innovations and the latest technologies employed by postal communication companies.
