During the meeting, Komolakhon Ruzmetova, a student of TUIT actively participated and shared her proposals regarding the development of the IT sector and the startup ecosystem. These suggestions were acknowledged by Saida Shavkatovna, who assigned relevant tasks to responsible officials for their implementation.

The Republican Academic Olympiad on Cryptology was held at TUIT (Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi).

On November 16, 2024, during an award ceremony organized by the Ministry of Sports at the Olympic and Paralympic Glory Museum, talented athlete Alimbek Urozboyev, a student of the Faculty of Television Technologies of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi , was awarded the "III-Degree" Badge of Physical Fitness for his outstanding achievements.

TUIT is implementing agreements with the American accreditation organization ABET on international accreditation of the educational course "Information Security".
