The Design Thinking & Digital Transformation hackathon and the Living Lab StartUp hackathon of the KOICA project were launched between the students of TUIT and Kookmin University of South Korea in order to learn the experiences of leading foreign higher education institutions and exchange experience.
Projects that require the use of 3D technologies (3D printers, 3D pens, 3D scanners, vinyl printers, laser cutting / engraving, etc.) are offered to the program.
During the meeting, issues of academic and scientific exchanges, establishment of joint educational programs between Xidian University of China and Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi were discussed and it was agreed to establish cooperation relations.

At the meeting, it was agreed to jointly train qualified specialists in the field of artificial intelligence, to implement training programs between professors and teachers and students, and to establish cooperation in the fields of scientific research.
The official closing ceremony of the "Seeds for the future" event was held on August 16 of this year. Among 150 students from 14 countries of the Middle East and Central Asia, TUIT students also took part in it. Also, projects aimed at young people with ideas that can solve social problems by using the latest ICT technologies, in particular, the winners of the "Tech4Good" regional competition, were duly awarded.
