


Today, a delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland – Minister of Digital Affairs, Krzysztof Gavkowski, visited our university.
During the visit, the guests were closely acquainted with the advanced infrastructures operating at our university, research centers, the Higher Engineering School, the Situational Center, the Media Center, Living Lab and Fablab laboratories, the student startup ecosystem, as well as innovative developments (showroom).
This high-level visit served as an important platform to further develop, expand, and enrich the existing cooperation between TUIT and Poland’s prestigious technical higher education institutions with new strategic directions.
During the official meeting, the parties discussed expanding cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies, creating new opportunities for students and young specialists, and developing joint education and scientific research.
Additionally, the guests highly appreciated the modern conditions created in the higher education system in our country, particularly at TUIT, innovative approaches, and the broad opportunities aimed at supporting young specialists, recognizing the reforms being implemented in this area.
As noted, today’s visit served as an important venue to closely familiarize with the results of reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan in the fields of higher education and digital technologies, especially to study the experience of TUIT.
