Action on gaps
Where completion is lower for one sex in a programme, the faculty reviews the reasons with the Women’s Council and offers the students concerned extra academic consultations. Since 30 August 2024 the analysis is required by the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy (TUIT-SP-10, paragraph 10).
